The second release program for the inaugural Wagga Skyworks is out now and it's red-hot, just like a Wagga summer! 

The free family event at APEX Park will feature a thrilling showcase of on-water displays, live music and performances for the kids, and a wide range of children’s activities in the APEX Park Family Picnic Area. 

Gather a group of friends or family and get your groove on to the sounds of The Groove Factorie who will take the stage at 6pm. BYO chair or picnic rug and relax by the waters of Lake Albert where you’ll get your final dose of rock, pop and country for the year from The Mighty Yak who’ll take us through until sunset.

There’ll be amusement rides, a car show and a variety of food trucks to explore as the sun sets on 2017. Then we’ll rock-out to 70’s and 80’s pub-rock hits with The Convicts before the Fiery Fireworks Finale at 9.30pm. To view the second release program for APEX Park please click here.

Some of the best seats in the house will be at the Wagga Wagga Boat Club, where they’re be a beach party with an Hawaiian shirt theme, Aussie BBQ and live entertainment by crowd favourite Wobbly Boot. Admission to The Waterfront NYE Party @ the Boatie is $35 for adults and free for children 17 years and under.

Take it up a notch and attend Wagga Wagga’s premier NYE event, New Year’s on the Green at the Wagga Wagga Country Club. Unwind in the comfort of this air-conditioned venue and treat yourself to a scrumptious three-course meal, complementary drinks and live music by Caleb & Alex and The Groove Factorie until late. Adult admission at the early-bird rate is $175pp and tickets are limited.
